1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing europickeducation.com, enrolling in courses, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2 Our Services

• Language Training: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian (A1–C1)
• Study Abroad Consulting: Germany (JYEGFA), France, Italy, Spain
• Visa & University Application Support
• Demo Classes, Mock Interviews, SOP Guidance

3 Eligibility

• You must be 16 years or older to enroll in paid courses.
• Germany study: Minimum 17 years for Studienkolleg.
• Valid passport and 60%+ in 12th required for abroad programs.

4 Enrollment & Payment

• Fees are non-refundable after 7 days of course start.
• Installment plans available. Late payment = ₹500 fine.
• Payments via Razorpay, Paytm, Bank Transfer. GST included.

5 Course Delivery

• Live online classes via Zoom/Google Meet.
• Recordings available for 30 days after class.
• Minimum 80% attendance for certificate.

6 Cancellation & Refund

7 Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, PDFs are copyrighted.
• Sharing, recording, or distributing is strictly prohibited.

8 User Conduct

• No abusive language, spam, or harassment in classes/chats.
• Account suspension for violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for visa rejections, university denials, or third-party actions. Services are provided "as is".

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to Hazaribagh, Jharkhand jurisdiction.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
